How to Use:
- Soak the stone in water for 5-10 minutes.
- Place the 200 grit plate on a flat surface.
- Hold the knife at a 20-degree angle and slide back and forth with light pressure.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Progress through the grits (400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 2000) using lighter pressure.
- Rinse knife and stone with water after use.
